What is Yoga-Life Coaching?
Yoga has a strong philosophy designed to bring your life into harmony. The core principles are kindness, compassion and love for all beings, transcending any culture or belief. Yoga-Life coaching has the ability to transform your life and improve your feeling of self-fulfillment. It will help you identify the barriers that make you feel small and break through them, as well as empowering you and giving you confidence so you can find the keys to a life that feels fulfilling (those keys are already in you! we will simply help you find it). Yoga-Life coaching is a way to involve the yogic perspective to the traditional coaching relationship.
